Event Description
This roar & snore zoo experience is a sleepover of a life time! This incredible overnight zoo adventure lets you experience a 2 hour night zoo safari led by a zoo educator. Hike through the zoo after dark and sneak a nocturnal peak at the animals while they relax after their daylight duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for groups to experience the fascinating antics of the zoo animals after dark.
This incredible overnight zoo experience begins with a buffet dinner and an opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the zoo's friendliest creatures. Then enjoy a two hour night zoo safari led by a zoo educator.

As a roar & snore camper, you'll sleep in a 2-3 person tent (2m x 2m) pitched under the stars and you'll rise to the warbles, rumbles, squeaks, growls and roars of the animals greeting the day.
Your wildlife adventure continues with behind-the-scenes experiences and a continental breakfast. You are also welcome to spend the next day exploring the zoo during the daylight hours.

Event Length
A rough guide to the nights events includes:
6.30pm - Arrive, refreshments,
7.00pm - Meet a creature,
7.15pm - Buffet dinner,
8.00pm - Night walk,
9.45pm - Return to Education Centre for tea, coffee and sweet snack before bedtime
Following day:
6:30am - Continental breakfast
7:30am - Behind-the-scenes tours x 2
9:00am - Finish. You can spend the day in the Zoo if you wish.
Inclusions
Return transfers, guided night zoo safari, behind-the-scenes tours, tent accommodation, buffet dinner, snacks, continental breakfast, two 'back-of-house' tours, admission to the zoo the following day.
Options
Conference room facilities available if would like to incorporate with some meetings before or after ‘Roar and Snore’. Sleeping bag, pillow and camping mat hire is available.
